The Natural Bridge, Luray Caverns, and New Market Battlefield are also within the premises, and these tourist spots are not to be missed when in the Shenandoah Valley.
Northern Virginia is a populous region that is very near Washington DC and has long been known for its world-class attractions such as The Old Town Alexandria, a colonial city boasting of historical structures, shopping destinations, and interesting restaurants. Visitors must take time to see Mount Vernon, a lovely estate owned by George Washington, and The Great Falls, a place for witnessing the breath-taking rapids.
